Salt, Chilli & Lime is a small, family-run seafood restaurant in East Maitland. Head Chef Brent and front of house manager Tory founded the restaurant with a focus on serving “honest food” in a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. They offer fresh seafood dishes, including Sydney Rock Oysters with lemon & shallot mignonette and Soft Shell Crab with Old Bay spices.
